Resolves to the actual jurisdiction at a given address (not the city in the address line); surfaces a transparent confidence envelope; supports historical queries via the as_of parameter on states that carry effective-period history. Powered by direct-from-DoR rate data refreshed daily and PostGIS polygon overlays where applicable.
